Re: Help!
I can imagine without Trio of 9,999, it'd be difficult, but I always grabbed alot of Doors to Tommorow, so...
Well, if you haven't gone to the Omega Ruins yet, I'd suggest doing that to steal as many Doors to Tommorow from Ultima Weapon, preferrably 100. (If you're at the end of the game, you should be strong enough for him.) Use Rikku's Mix to combine two to create 'Trio of 9,999', which makes all characters' affected attacks do at least 9,999. Use Lulu's Fire Fury, Gems, and Tidus' Slice and Dice to rack up the damage. On the other hand... Have Tidus use talk at the beginning of the battle so he doesn't use his Overdrive. (Which does hit pretty hard.) Don't bother with the Yu Pagodas, focus your attacks on Jecht. (Although you may try Zombie Attack so that they hurt him instead, but you don't have to do that.) Remember that you can only use 'Talk' three times in the battle, but you shouldn't have to. But if Jecht is about to reach Overdrive, use 'Talk' to calm him down. Auto-Life, Doublecast with One MP Cost Weapons, and Wakka's Reels help alot. If you have the Celestial Weapons, then it shouldn't be a problem at all. If he does almost get to Overdrive, try summoning an Aeon, to take the blow. That's all I can think of, for now. |
